Compact extra storage at the rear

The BackSpace XT is a good choice if you need extra room for luggage but do not need a large hard-shell rear box.

At 300 litres it is the most compact rear box in our range. It suits bags, smaller suitcases and additional travel luggage.

Because the box sits at the rear of the car, the roof stays free.

You need a suitable tow bar with sufficient nose weight.

For luggage and shorter items

The BackSpace XT offers 300 litres of storage and an interior length of around 135 cm.

That makes it right for bags, smaller suitcases and other luggage that no longer fits in the boot.

For noticeably longer items or more volume, the Arcos L or Arcos XL is the better choice.

Foldable, with a tilt mechanism

The BackSpace XT is the only rear box in our range with a foldable soft-shell construction.

When not in use it packs away smaller than the hard-shell Arcos L and Arcos XL.

It also has a tilt mechanism that gives you access to the boot.

Compared with the Arcos L it offers 100 litres less volume, but it is more compact and it folds.
